Chad Prinkey
Chad has been successful in developing meaningful client relationships in the building industry through delivering real results and maintaining trust. In the past, he did this as a sales and sales management trainer, working for a Sandler Training company in Baltimore, MD.
Chad started Well Built Construction Consulting because he wanted to create an organization that was completely dedicated to improving the lives of the individuals who have chosen a career in the building industry by improving the great companies that are committed to doing the same.
Chad is an entertainer and performer by nature and by training. He relishes opportunities to speak to groups and move people. He lives in Northern Baltimore County with his wife Lindsey, their 3 sons, and 2 black labs. They love the outdoors, and they have a cabin in the mountains of North Central PA that serves as their family retreat and amateur fly fishing lodge.

Stacey Holsinger
As a digital marketing leader in the A/E/C industry and owner of Steel Toe Communications, LLC, Stacey Holsinger has over 17+ years of experience helping small and medium contractors compete with larger regional and national firms. Her award-winning marketing campaigns helped grow one of the largest mechanical firms in the DC region from $60M to $132M in annual revenues. Now, as a marketing consultant, she works to be a trusted resource for contractors who want to showcase their work, establish credibility in the industry, build company culture, and attract the right candidates to their organization.
Stacey is actively involved in the contracting community, serving on the Board of NAWIC NOVA, volunteers her time through various construction career day events to support skilled trades, and hosts interns through Montgomery County Maryland Public Schools Internship Program. Drawing on her years of experience in the industry as a marketer and educator, Stacey enjoys speaking at conferences nationwide to help contractors get up to speed with modern marketing.
Born and raised in northeast Philadelphia, Stacey traded “wooder" ice and soft pretzels for old bay crabs in Maryland. She enjoys spending time with her husband, five-year-old son, and rescue dog, hiking, traveling, boating, and fishing. You can find her networking with industry colleagues, breaking a sweat at kickboxing, or painting in her art studio.
